Predict user churn by behavioral characteristics.
Result:
After collecting the maximum possible amount of data from the client, a detailed analysis was carried out, as a result of which users were identified who are prone to churn at different periods of time and a plan of recommendations was developed to reduce the percentage of user churn, which increased the average LTV by 21% year on year.

Task:
Analyze the media plan of advertising campaigns for Troxevasin and identify its weaknesses.
Result:
Corrected data about the nearest competitor. We identified the patterns of buying funds related to weather conditions and, consequently, the demand for funds, compared them with the workload of advertising blocks in the media, on the basis of which we developed recommendations on the dates for starting and stopping advertising campaigns, which allowed the client to optimize the budget and increase the conversion rate by 440%.
